療癒師會把不同音頻的頌缽，
放在你的身體上，或圍繞在你身邊。

當缽被敲響，
你不只是用耳朵聽——
而是用整個身體感受那個振動。

聲波透過體內水分傳遞，
讓細胞慢慢共振，
腦波從緊張狀態，引導進入深度放鬆。

不需要努力，不需要刻意放鬆——
身體自己會知道怎麼做。

The practitioner places singing bowls of different frequencies on and around your body.
When struck, you don't just hear the sound — you feel it move through you.
Sound waves travel through the water in your body, gently guiding your nervous system from tension into deep rest.
No effort needed. Your body knows what to do.
