Return & Refund Policy
We accept return requests within 7 days after you have received your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. As each piece is handled with care and intention, we kindly ask that items be kept in their original condition before requesting a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at soulricebowl@gmail.com. Please note that returns must be requested and approved before sending any item back. Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, kindly contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos so we can review the issue and make it right.
Due to the nature of our products, certain items are not eligible for return. This includes used singing bowls or sound healing instruments, personal care items, customised or special order items, as well as sale items and gift cards. If you are unsure about your item, you are always welcome to reach out to us before making a purchase.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may return your original item (if eligible) and, once approved, place a new order.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and reflect the refund.
